Bauromat backed motorcycle rider, Will Bryant, claimed two wins and a second place at his most recent race meeting to extend his 2018 championship advantage with only two rounds remaining.

Shrewsbury based Bryant, who races in the Pre-Injection 700 class as part of the North Gloucester Road Racing  calendar, headed into his most recent meeting at Donington Park following the back of a torrid time at Pembrey which involved a crash, cosmetic damages, a DNF and a recovery drive to a best of second - a meeting which narrowed his significant championship lead.

With a 13-point lead to protect heading into the three races at Donington Park, it was very nearly a perfect meeting for Bryant who stormed to two victories in the first two races, with the second coming in wet conditions following a late decision to switch to wet tyres.

While it looked like a first career of hat-trick was on as Bryant headed into the final sector of the last lap, Bryant's Honda CBR 600 started to loose power, meaning as he pulled onto the home straight, he was pipped to the line by his nearest title rival and forced to settle for second.

"It's just one of those things" he said

"Unfortunately it looks like the same problem we suffered from earlier in the year and it was gutting that it happened so close to what could have been my best result".

Bryant now heads into the final two rounds having extended his advantage to 22 points, but with the championship battle heating up.
