MACH is over for another two-years and with it, our diaries and enquiry forms are slowly beginning to fill up. For five days, tens of thousands of people flocked to the NEC from all corners of the engineering and manufacturing industries, and for us at least, it seemed that automation was the top of everybody’s wish list.

While our sales team are busy contacting those who showed an interest in our integrated system on the Kawasaki Robotics UK stand, we thought it’d be a great time to introduce you to our process.

One common theme we noticed was that there are still so many manufacturing companies yet to have any form of automation installed on their production lines. There are multiple reasons why this might be the case, but as an integrator of these systems, we’re here to ensure that your step into automation is as smooth as possible.

Fundamentally, automation is there to improve both consistency and productivity. That’s why, before you’ve even placed an order with us, we can offer weld trials on your parts to assure you that consistency and improved productivity is exactly what you’ll get. By providing us with your parts we can utilize our numerous welding bays and begin automating your required process – You’ll be surprised at how much of a difference seeing a robot doing what it does best can make.

Currently we have Fanuc, Kawasaki & Yaskawa robots in house that are set to undertake trials of most open arc processes and all are easily programmed to your specific requirements by our expert robotic engineers.

You can read more about our welding trials here.

If automation is something you are considering, then get in touch with us to arrange an initial meeting in which we can discuss potential welding trials and prototyping. We're happy for any fellow Made In The Midlands members to visit us to see how we can assist you with your potential automation needs so please, get in touch.
